"Spartan Race!"


Kdo me zna, tak vi ze rada pokoruju sve cile, ktere si obcas teda spis pokazde urcuji docela nemale :-) Asi to bude tim, ze se ridim heslem: "Pokud te tve sny nevystrasi, tak nejsou dostatecne velke!"
Takze, pokud se to tyka pracovnich cilu, cilu ve sportu nebo vseobecne lifestylu, tak vzdycky jedu naplno a rada prekonavam sama sebe :-) 

Moje nejcerstvejsi challenge je rozhodnuti se zucastnit Spartan Race. Slysela jsem o tom ze vsech stran, od kamaradu a lidi, ktere obdivuju a jsem jimi naprosto fascinovana a maximalne motivovana.
Osobne na sobe za posledni rok intenzivniho posilovani, a bohuzel ne tak intenzivniho behani, konecne zacinam videt vysledky (ktere jsou mimochodem nejlepsi motivace :-). Vim, ze na sobe musim jeste zapracovat, hlavne v oblasti behani, kde zatim pokulhavam. Zatim beham denne 3 km, ale do 1.6., kdy se zavod kona, bych rada behala 5 km.

Strucna charakteristika co je Spartan Race, pro ty co nemaji paru.
Jsou ruzne druhy-delky, ruznych obtiznosti, ale ten co pobezim ja je Sprint 5km +15 prekazek ruzneho typu. Beha se venku v prirode, vetsinou kopce, lesy, louky, voda, atd. Behem trasy se prekonavaji ruzne prekazky splh, prelez, podlez, preskoc, uplav.... Pro presnejsi predstavu kouknete na video, ktere asi mluvi za vse:-) bojim bojim haha!


Budu prat sobe i vsem spartnanum hlavne zadne zraneni a at si tu srandu vsichni uzijeme naplno :-)

I love to set up pretty high goals for myself. It 's because I always go with my favorite motto : "If your dreams don't scare you, they are not high enough!"
Whether it's career, sport or personal goals, I always try to give it 100% of myself :-)

My most recent challenge is the decision to be part of Spartan Race. I heard about it everywhere, from friends, random successful people or athletes I follow for motivation.

I have been personally training almost a year now. I mostly do fitness about 6 days a week and here and there some cardio usually on trade mill. I am finally seeing results and feel stronger then ever. (which by the way is the best motivation :-). I know that now I need to bring my training to another level, especially in running department. I currently run about 3 km a day, but my goal by 1.6 (the day of the race) is 5 km.

For those who have no idea what is Spartan Race, here is brief characteristics.
There is different kinds of races - by length, difficult levels. The one I am running is 5 km Sprint +15 obstacles. It's outdoor in nature, mostly hills, forests, meadows, water, etc. Everybody need to complete all the obstacles during the race. If you fail to complete an obstacle, then 30 burps is charged (killer!)
